- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter , and then select Users.
- Click New User.
- Enter [email protected]
- In Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, and Developer Editions, select a role.
- Select a User License - this will determines which profiles are available for the Tuff Team.
- Select a profile, which specifies the user’s minimum permissions and access settings.
- If your organization has Approvals enabled, you can set the Tuff’s approver settings, such as delegated approver, manager, and preference for receiving approval request emails.
- Check ”generate new password” to have the user’s login name and a temporary password emailed to the new user.
- Generate a new password and notify Tuff.
