  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter  , and then select Users.
  2. Click New User.
  3. Enter [email protected]
  4. In Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, and Developer Editions, select a role.
  5. Select a User License - this will determines which profiles are available for the Tuff Team.
  6. Select a profile, which specifies the user’s minimum permissions and access settings.
  7. If your organization has Approvals enabled, you can set the Tuff’s approver settings, such as delegated approver, manager, and preference for receiving approval request emails.
  8. Check ”generate new password” to have the user’s login name and a temporary password emailed to the new user.
  9. Generate a new password and notify Tuff.
